Training for Check-in coordinator
HOW TO SET UP VOLUNTEERS TO SCAN AT CROSSROADS SERVICES
At each Crossroads Service there should be one Check-in Coordinator who has been given access to Trybooking. This person is the key person in the Check-in area as all Welcomers who are scanning tickets will link to this this primary person. If you don’t have access please email: info@crossroads.asn.au
STEP 1.
1. Go to your App store and download: ‘Trybooking Scanning App.’
Login into the ‘Trybooking Scanning App’ using the username and password that you have been provided with.
2. Select the correct event by clicking the circle to the right of the event. Then select “Next” in the top right.

Before your volunteer tries to scan the code…
Now your volunteers can scan tickets or look up names.
STEP 4
You can scan people in using the QR reader.
You can look up people’s names by looking in the lists section.
You can then go back to the main page to see how check-ins are going.
