ASSOCIATE PASTOR POSITION

Nearly 30 years ago, an independent church called Crossroads was established.
With an enthusiastic group of university students, young graduates and just a
few families, the desire to see gospel-driven ministry more effectively in
Canberra had begun.
God has been kind in seeing this desire bear much fruit over the years. We now
have four congregations (with plans to add another), a growing and godly staff
team, a wide reach into Canberra, and an ongoing passion to do something
about the many hundreds of thousands who don’t know Jesus in our city.
As numbers are added and the ministry grows, Crossroads is looking for
another full time Associate Minister to join the team. This person will have
experience in both congregational and ministry department leadership. They
will need to love and have the ability to preach and teach the Scriptures
faithfully. They will long to be committed to growing in godliness both
individually and as part of the team. In short, they will seek to lay their life
down for the cause of the Gospel with us in the years ahead.
